What To Expect From Your Session

A typical reflexology session takes up to an hour long. The session takes place in a anit-gravity chair that is very comfortable and easy on the spine.  A blanket is placed on the receiver because of the drop in body temperature when relaxed.  The room is dimmed and peaceful, soothing music is played in the background.  The reflexologist may or may not converse during the session about which areas are being targeted.  That is entirely up to the receiver.

The first 5 minutes of the session is a warm foot soak to help unwind and start the relaxation process.

Following that will be 20 minutes on each foot including any trouble areas that need to be worked. (That would be discussed with the reflexologist prior to the session).

The last 5 minutes is wrapped up by going over any questions or concerns and re-evaluating the trouble areas of the receiver.  Water is always given on departure to help with the release of toxins to continue.

Lastly, rescheduling of future sessions.

Who Can Benefit From This?

Anyone can benefit from Reflexology. From infancy to elderly, we all can be effected by reflexology in the same way. Reflexology helps to relieve constipation, headaches, back pain, sinus pressure and so much more naturally without the use of medication!

Reflexology can never hurt anyone, however, keep in mind that it does not diagnosis, treat or cure.  Reflexologists are not doctors.  Always stay current in your medical care and report any changes in your health to your medical practitioner.
